STIKSTOF is het geesteskind van JAZZ BRAK, Zwangere Guy, Astrofisiks en Dj Vega.

Sinds 2010 geven ze een gezicht aan de Brusselse rap-scène en brengen ze hun lyrics van de pleintjes naar de huiskamer. Hun raps zijn een vergrootglas voor hún leven, hún generatie en hún Brussel.

Hun eerste plaat kwam uit op 9 mei 2014. Tien jaar later is het tijd om even stil te staan en terug te kijken . Ze verzamelden hun vijf platen in één grote box samen met een 40- pagina tellend boekje met foto’s van de kleinste podia tot de grootste festivals.

De vijf platen “Stikstof”, “/02, "Overlast", “Familie Boven Alles” en “Moeras” tonen waar hun rauwheid, liefde en sardonisch surrealisme vandaan komt en waarom ze roepen en getraind zijn om te bijten en nooit te zwijgen.
